Backup items: 1.2 gallon propane tank 1 burner stove
Kira, if your firepit doesn't work out, let me know. I just got a new popup one too this summer, but haven't tested it out and will if we need it. Can we collect firewood or should we bring some?

Oh wow, I hadn't seen this. Guess no fires and it sounds like propane firepits are a no. It's gonna be real rugged if it's bad weather. Better throw in an extra bottle of whiskey

Did I read that BLM post wrong or did it just get up dated?? They said they’re lifting SOME restrictions on the wild and senic section. No fire but we can do brickets in a raised fire pan…also the propane pits would be good to go too. I’m bringing my little propane fire fosho. HALLELUJAH.

Hey Gals, Sorry to keep blowing this up. I was concerned about no fires I looked again and called, we are good to go below Graves Creek or the beginning of the wild and scenic section, for briquettes (that’s how you spell that word 🤓) and propane fire. The Gal I spoke to at the BLM said to call again the 15th (their last day in the office) as they are expecting some rain and all restrictions could be lifted by then. She made it sound like the the odds were in our favor. Also there’ll be heaps of wood since no one has been able to collect woooop! I’ll shut up for a while now. Except throw the extra whiskey in anyway, life’s uncertain. Oh I also needed to add to my gear list…
Fire can (all fire starting and squashing stuffs included shovel hatchet gas briquettes etc) 18” DO…ya know for Bday cake.
Soooo I’m getting excited. Shutting up.🤟🏽

Anybody happen to have an extra dry suit for a Kira sized person? I know it's a long shot, but thought I would ask. I've got Debika covered as far as wetsuits go, but depending on the weather, something warmer could be nice
